A Simple Thank You

This is a little CAS Thank You card I have made, you will be seeing quite a few Thank You cards in the near future - my boys need rather a lot to thank everyone for their Christmas presents.

The image is from the 'Just My Type' stamp and die set by Clearly Besotted, the sentiment is also from Clearly Besotted, from the 'A Little Sentimental' collection - I had to do a little 'stamp surgery' and cut it in half because it was too long to fit.

The papers are from the Dovecraft Back to Basics collection and the little hearts were cut from some scraps of red card stock with Lawn Fawn dies.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Addicted to CAS Challenge 29 - Die Cuts

Flying by ...

This is my card for this weeks Less is More Challenge - Winter Blues.

I have used a Lawn Fawn stamp set, all of the stamping was done with Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink and heat embossed.  There is a matching die set but I decided to fussy cut so that I didn't get the little edge around the image.  The papers are Teresa Collins - Everyday Moments and the sentiment was part of the Lawn Fawn stamp set.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Less is More Challenge 153 - Winter Blues
Top Tip Tuesday Challenge - Clean and Simple
Little Red Wagon Challenge 219 - All Purpose Card

Unfortunately my Dad was rushed into hospital last Saturday, he has a severe lung infection and is really rather poorly at the moment, so I apologize if I am not visiting your blogs as often as usual.

Standing in the Clouds

I have made this card for the current A Day for Daisies Challenge, which this fortnight is Anything Goes.

I have used an adorable image called Standing in the Clouds and teamed her up with some Pink Petticoat Papers.

I coloured her with ProMarkers and added some glitter to the fur on her outfit.  The white poinsettia is a Spellbinders die and the sentiment tags are LOTV.  I have added some ribbon and a gem from my stash.

I very nearly didn't blog this card, I just could not get a decent photograph - the colours are not true, in real life her clothes are the same colour as the papers and the glitter looks so messy, I think it must be the reflection.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

A Day for Daisies Challenge 86 - Anything Goes
Love to Create Challenge 97 - Blue with Bling (Winter)
Robyn's Fetish Challenge 193 - Use a Digi
